Kana

Does this really help in learning Jap? hahah.. I want to read manga and watch anime, but also want to watch korean dramas, and the experience is always better if read/heard/watched in the original language, don't you think so?

Korean vs Jap

I want to learn both Jap and Korean!! How.. I pick up lang slowly and become confused when there are too many... but will be fun~~ Watched Miss Kim's Million Dollar Quest with Ji Jin Hee in lead role. He's quite corny in it, esp after the serious, suave guy he played in Dae Jeung Geum. Not bad to watch, see him smile and laugh a lot more, but comments have been that his smile looks artificial (not in the botox sense). Anyway, he is hunky and funny.

Next up, finishing Full House 풀하우스... Song Hye Kyo and Rain are a comic couple!! Laughs all around, with its share of poignant and sweet moments.. I look forward to finishing the rest of it tonight!! YAY!!

Last, also 王子變青蛙 with 明道 and 陳喬恩 as leads in this Taiwanese drama. (I was thinking why I found Lynette familiar before... now I see the resemblance!) I think 明道 is good looking but a lot of ppl don't seem to agree. Why not?

Rite.. now to turn off e com and settle in to watch how Full House ends!

Things to be happy about I

Yay! 2 things to be thankful for today: 1) cleared the Intellectual History presentation 2) got my certs for DELF A1-A4

1) Thanks to Sarina, Jebro and Eunice who so nicely covered a great deal of work for me while I was whining away last week abt how much I had to clear this week, forgetting that Eunice had at least as much work as I did. Oops. I feel very protected by these few esp Eunice, who liaises with Jeb so as to relieve me of lots to do. Like today's presentation on Educational Reform in the 19thC went quite well, even my part. I was q worried that I'd fail Sarina and Jeb but I think it din go too bad. I attribute to their research and compilation of all of tonight's material, and also for giving me only a little do present, and furnishing the conclusion too!! haha.. okay, seems like I didn't too much at all...

2) Got my DELF certs, quite happy that I passed all 4 unites, but didn't score well for A3, which to me was the most difficult because of the oral part. It consisted of summarizing an article and presenting it to the examiner, and responding to the questions given on the paper and also by the examiner. Haiz. My oral is not too good, and my written arghs. (got back french essay today too, which tanked badly) Need to brush up (understatement)

Well now, to the Thatcher essay that is due on Thurs, with the presentation, and the French presentation, and the computing proj!! More to come on things to be happy about..
